Default Burial Ground: The Nights of Terror (1981)

Burial Ground Blu-ray

Burial Ground Blu-ray Review

This was announced in the Zombie Holocaust thread wanted to make it's own official discussion.

Burial Ground: Nights of Terror (Le Notti del terrore) is an Italian grindhouse zombie movie directed by Andrea Bianchi with cult status, primarily due to its low production values and the casting of a middle aged dwarf as a child in an incestuous relationship with his mother. It is one of a substantially large amount of films that were released as Zombie 3 with one of its alternate titles.

I will buy it if the picture quality looks good. I just hope it doesn`t get delayed several times like they have done before.

Zombie Holocaust was supposed to be released last year, but was delayed. Beyond the Darkness: Buio Omega has also been delayed several times.

Almost all titles from Media Blasters/Shriek Show/Tokyo Shock are not released when they're supposed to. Sometimes it's a few weeks later, sometimes longer.

How cool what it be if it was released with the cover above? I remember seeing that in the video store as a kid and it scared me lol. The DVD cover was lame.

I hope they are able to stick as close as possible to the classic poster artwork for the cover. Looks really nice.

If you go by their other bluray releases. There should be no worry about a shoddy artwork.

Pre-ordered this baby, just to hold that price.

Meh..... nothing wrong with the ZH cover. I like it. Especially when you compare it to the dvd art.

The cover above is almost exactly the same as the DVD cover so I'm not sure what you're referring to. Actually, I liked the DVD cover better, the font on the Blu-ray cover is crap.

Of course, it remains to be seen if any of these Blu-rays will actually be released, and if they are, will they be true hi-def transfers? I'm beginning to have my doubts.

Seems like someone edited the picture or the actual picture was changed...

This is the picture that I originally posted...
