I expect it will be region free given the studio. The Japanese one was.

I also suspect it will be the Pizza Hut version.

The Japanese version is pretty cheap, and the Taco Bell version.

If will most probably be the Taco Bell version! The film recently broadcast here in the UK on TV and contained all the references to Taco Bell, no modifications.

I can see you're from Australia, and as far as I'm aware, Taco Bell was in the original releases of Demolition Man on home media (VHS), but your DVDs changed it to Pizza Hut , I heard the dubbing and editing is quite shoddy, so would hope for the non edited version!

Its weird I wasn't aware there was a Pizza Hut version for Europe until I read about the BDs on Blu-ray.com. This was the first 15 my Mum ever rented for me as a kid. I can't wait for this. Its the sole reason I've always wanted to go to Taco Bell.

"John Spartan you are fined one credit for violation of the Verbal Morality Statute!"

Great film, hope it's a good transfer.

True Story... I wasn't picked for footy in the playground and so I hit the weaker snipes spin (the one he uses on the security guards) on someone and caused a bit of damage to a kids teeth in the process.

Lesson... Don't repeat things from the movies in real life. Your asking for
trouble

Just watched the German version of this not long ago - the transfer is excellent for a movie made in 1993. It will surely please fans of the movie

I wouldn't be surprised if this UK release is the Pizza Hut cut. The Hong Kong release has Pizza Hut, but the Japanese release has Taco Bell.

Looking forward to this in HD. Had no idea about the Pizza Hut dub as I bought the US DVD because of UK censorship so I'll wait for confirmation before buying.

Does anyone know the reason for the Pizza Hut edit? It's pretty distracting on the Hong Kong Blu-ray.
