I sometimes despair of Amazon's system. How can it allow a release date to be added to the details while still showing a "sign up to be notified" message!? Totally confusing.

Im guessing its because they receive release information from their supplier, but then they're only allowed to actually make it available to order from a certain date, most likely given by the studio.

Is this still scheduled for an end of January release? I only ask as Play and HMV say it is, Amazon has no release date and the latest issue of Total Film says 11th June.

It is currently listed on the BVA for January, like on HMV and Play.

Though the 11/June date you say could also be true as it is a Monday, and as Warner seem to like delaying/cancelling releases often in the UK.

Just checked BVA - "pulled from schedule" and DVD release is 11th June 2012 so looks like it may have been delayed again.

Why don't Warner bros release anything in the UK more like, easily the worst studio for snubbing us. They were bad on dvd also, but the situation has worsened on blu.

The Blu-ray is the same as the US disc, but the UK disc doesn't come with the bonus DVD with the 1972 documentary.
