Default What to buy

I gonna buy a new movie tomorrow what should I get. I was thinking about either North By Northwest or picking up the Austin Powers trilogy. Which one would you go with or something else entirely?

Nice to see a VY fan here...

I'm gonna miss him in two-tone blue. Terrible decision the Titans have made IMO.

Oh... and get North by Northwest. Not a big fan of Austin Powers.

+1 couldn't agree more. Just because I like something doesn't mean you would or vice versa.

I never imagine in my wildest dreams to see someone mention in a post a choice between a Hitchcock movie and a Mike Meyers movie

Looking at your collection it would appear you went with both?

Point taken, you are right it's a trilogy I just see them as the same single movie but it's a personal thing

At $9.00 per movie for the set (The Shagadelic Edition), I would go with Austin Powers and wait for a better price for North by Northwest...unless you don't mind paying $25.50 for NxNW. It's a much better film, but if you're patient and vigil, you can certainly get it for a much better price.

EDIT: Oh...and Hook 'Em Horns!!! (I miss living in Austin!)

While North by Northwest is obviously a better film... I would actually get more use out of the Austin Powers movies. NxNW is a great film, but how often would it really get watched? Comedies on the other hand can be seen over & over (at least for me they can).
