Default Frozen Pixel

My LCD has a frozen pixel, it is stuck on red. Does anyone know how to get rid of this? Everything i see is online is for LCD monitors and not TV's. I do not have my computer hooked up to my TV.

It is a Samsung 46". I'd have to go to go look for the model type but it is slightly older than a year.
