How do you get titles added to the catalog

I was wondering How you get new or old titles added to the catalog?

there are 3 I specifically want to know why they haven't been added

I wanted to add a movie, but the studio for the film is not on the list and there is no "other" option either. Is there some way we can add new studios to the list? The studio I wanted to add was Misofilm. Also, is there some way of uploading cover art?

I think only the Mods can add a studio to the list. Maybe post the studio you'd like adding into this thread:
Home Theatre Database and Wiki Help thread and I'd have thought the Mods will add it to the list.
Also, I think you can only upload cover art once the title is in the database.
