Default Susperia - British or French?

I'm contemplating getting this on Blu-ray. Which would be the better release to get; the British or French release? I'm not considering the Japanese release due to the price. Japanese Blu-rays are too expensive for me.

It's funny - I asked this exact same question tonight on the Bird with the Crystal Plummage UK thread. Symbiotic Function suggested I opt for the Britsh version - check out his post for further details (But he did not say anything about a French disc).

Not the UK release - it's TERRIBLE.

Maybe these French are biased but:

Verdict :

- Suspiria (Blu-Ray) : La version WS s'impose comme l'édition ultime, son transfert HD tiré d'une copie parfaite, au piqué d'image hallucinant sans le moindre défaut.

- Suspiria (Blu-Ray): The Wild Side version stands out as the ultimate edition, the HD transfer is from a perfect copy, the sharpness is amazingly faultless.

The releases are from the same master. They both have amazing moments and both have extremely flawed moments. Any information you find on the net will be extremely contradictory based on what the person is focusing on. Go with the UK import because it doesn't have forced subs.

Also, the title of the film is Suspiria, not Susperia
