From Shout!Factory, of course (assuming Digital Bits is correct, and that's not an Amazon placeholder).
Seen it once on TV; not a personal favorite, but seeing it leap directly from VHS to Blu ain't bad...Although it's remembered today more for "The movie Fox thought would be the sci-fi hit of 1977".

I'd buy this simply for nostalgia reasons--- I can remember that coming out and being touted as "the event movie" of the year....

doesn't this movie actually have a line of dialogue like "attention-- please vacate the area, there is a swarm of killer cockroaches ahead" os something hilarious like that? I vaguely remember George Peppard with a bullhorn having to shout that

On the CB radio "The city is infested with killer cockroaches". Though when you're 10 it isn't quite as campy, especially after seeing how horribly Paul Winfield bought it.

Also, Dominique Sanda didn't have as much as an effect on me as she did when I was slightly older.

Seen this a few months ago, very fun post apocalyptic movie. Cheesy yes... especially the scorpion motorbike scene. Glad shout is giving bluray a few more opportunities.

Women in Cages collection might be the next title up for bluray. For those curious.

First Battle Beyond the Stars and now Damnation Alley, I wonder what's next? Think we'll see "Night of the Comet," "Megaforce," or "Gargoyles?"

A poorly written book with an interesting premise is turned into a very poorly realized film that has little to do with the poorly written book.

It would love to see megaforce. barry bostic at his best. Flying motorcycles who can beat that?

I can think of other movies too that might have seemed unlikely till now like "My Science Project" or "Night of the Comet."

I was already to get this on DVD when Anchor Bay had this in there coming soon list oh so many years ago, but it never come out. Glad SF has it now.

Bad movie, but has a simply outstanding Jerry Goldsmith score. I think Mr. Goldsmith wrote more superb scores for bad film then any other composer.

This looks like just my kind of movie. And on my short list of post-atomic films I want to see on Blu-ray. Now, where is Six-String Samurai? A Boy and His Dog? and Radioactive Dreams?
