I'm going to bump this to the top since December 6, 2011 is now past.

Can anyone confirm if Panic Room was released in DK or was this release also cancelled/delayed like the Italy release?

It never happened. Much like the advertised Bad Boys 2 BD release it never actually appeared. It is still listed on CDON (both the Danish and Swedish portal) but no release date, just showing as "Coming" and with a pre-order button. Discshop.se has no BD listing at all so that is pretty telling as well.

I'm hoping about a 10th anniversary edition, because I really thought this movie would be released as announced by Sony, and so by anticipation I sold my DVD, so now the only thing left for me is praying for this 10 year anniversary edition next year.

I really hope they come out with a 10th Anniversary Edition. I'm pretty sure they will, seeing as Dragon Tattoo is starting to gain momentum. That, and Kristen Stewart's last Toilet Saga film will be out this year. They would be fools not to release it.

I have a question pertaining to the DVD edition:

What's the difference between the regular Superbit version, and the "repackaged" Superbit version? Which one is better?

As for what Superbit is (just in case some of you don't know already), it's a DVD that's been scrapped of extras on the single disc containing the film, as to add more video information in order to increase picture (and sometimes sound) quality. It's kind of like the precursor to the HD DVD/Blu-ray.

Didn't those things sell for over $50?

unfortunately the release was postponed or whatever you call it - it happens from time to time and it did also happen on the releases of Bad Boys 2 and Monty Python and the Holy Grail
