Can anyone tell me if the german release is region locked?

According to ofdb.de and backcover scan there it is Region A, B and C.

It is stated to contain English and German Audio DTS-HD 5.1 MA and german DD 2.0 Stereo Sound. German Subtitles, Deleted Scenes, Audio commentary and a making of...

Came in today. I can confirm that it works in Region A player AND that it has DTS-HDMA 5.1 mix in english. It is an MPEG2 transfer. It has a german menu. Any other ?'s
