They are companies if they can not figure it out by now then no type of petition can help them. A well worded email or letter might be a good approach, I would wait and see where we are come CES, if there is no change by the end then let them know your stance.

Nice! Expect Weinstein to be Blu as well, they are surely not going back to HD-DVD after such a long hiatus.

Section wise that pie chart is inaccurate because WB makes up almost 20 percent of the total movies owned in the US. They should have a bigger section in that chart. And Paramount's section certainly shouldn't be as large as WB's because their catalog pales in comparison.

New line is a subsidiary to Warner so combine both the WB and the NLC slices.

It is also important to note that Paramount has not invested as many films into HDM as other companies like Universal. Paramount only has out a few films, around 40. From what I see, the chart is giving them too much space.

However I do not think this chart is trying to show the HD sales, but rather the entire Home Theater sales. This means that they have the potential for more. But WB should be the largest of these as they have the majority of the Home Theater market.

Either way it is clear to see that the chart favors Blu very much.
