In about 5minutes the Today show will have a reporter doing a story from CES. Not sure if they will discuss the HD format war.

I believe it to be Channel 7 --- (Boston here) - but right now it is sports --- check your NBC local channel

I have Americas Bluegrass Gospel Show on my NBC.

found the today show....but to late unless it hasnt happened yet

its 54 for me in nw ohio without a box

i also had gospel on local nbc but nbc outa detroit is playing it here

must have just missed it @ 6:36 pst. ...no mention of that story upcoming since. oh well. how was it??

On now. First thing they discussed is Bill Gates keynote...Which is about making tech available for women. And fashion designs on laptops. I kid you not.

It was lame. No mention of the format war. Talked about a few PC's being dressed up as purses, etc. A jacket with built in solar panels so you could power your Ipod.

NBC Universal is aligned with M$ so my expectations for the piece were low going in.

Yep. They were probably going to discuss Hd-dvd. Then after yesterday. Had to change the segment. lol

that was to be expected from a tv network owned by universal. they probably could have easily gone another direction with that piece but im assuming they obviously chose not to based upon the recent wb decision.
