New Netflix user low?

I received a copy of Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind from Netflix and popped it in my PS3 and it was registering as a DVD-ROM. So I take it out and low and behold, it is a DVD, not a Blu-ray.
It was in a Blu-Ray sleeve, I specified the Blu-ray version but I got the regular DVD.

What do you think? New user low swaping out Blu-rays for DVDs of the same title or a Netflix mistake?

could be a mistake.......just report it as a problem and they will send you another one.

Most likly an honest mistake on their stocking side of things.

that happened to me with The Hills Have Eyes 2 (not a fan or anything, I just wanted to watch Bluray movies that were available). anyway I sent it back and reported the problem.

oh and for those people who were complaining that rush hour 3 and shoot'em up weren't on bluray, today I saw the option on my list to change to bluray
