Default Exclusive Giveaway: Sanctum

Blu-ray.com and Universal Studios Home Entertainment are offering ten lucky Blu-ray.com members the opportunity to win a copy of director Alister Grierson and producer James Cameron's Sanctum, starring Rhys Wakefield, Richard Roxburgh, Ioan Gruffudd, Alice Parkinson and Daniel Wyllie. Loosely based on a true story, the film tells the harrowing tale of a group of cavers who become trapped underground after a violent storm wipes out their only means of escape. Sanctum arrives in 2D and 3D on June 7th.

Blu-ray.com members can earn two separate entries in the contest:
  • To earn one entry in the giveaway, simply participate in the Worst Ways to Go Poll attached to this thread. (There are no right or wrong answers.)
  • To earn a second entry, post a comment on the Sanctum Giveaway post on the Blu-ray.com Facebook page. (Members are welcome to "Like" the giveaway post or the Sanctum 2D or 3D pages on Blu-ray.com. Just keep in mind that "Likes" appear on your Facebook friends' News Feeds; comments do not.)
The contest is open to all Blu-ray.com members (membership is completely free, click here to join). Entrants will never be asked or required to post any personal information whatsoever on Blu-ray.com or Facebook, and will only ever be identified by their Blu-ray.com username. After claiming their prizes, winners will be contacted exclusively via Blu-ray.com private messages. Winners will be asked to provide a valid mailing address as well, but their personal information will not be shared or retained in any way. Maintaining our membership's privacy is of the utmost importance. The contest will close on Monday, June 6th at 11:59pm EST, and ten randomly selected winners will be contacted soon thereafter.

I'll take burning alive over being crucified or drawn & quartered any day of the week, any week of the year, etc etc. any year of the decade and whatnot milenia forever of the eternity of the infinity.

EDIT: which is to say my response was old world methods.

EDIT2: which is to say the person above me is wrong in his opinion.

EDIT3: you hear me person? your opinion. it be wrong.

It's easy to question... Your choice was my first thought though think of it this way: when you're burned alive, you will die quickly nod you're buried alive, there's the prolonged psychologic impact and prolonged suffering. Much worse.

Funny how people have different answers, yet we always say "definitely this, or that."

I voted Buried Alive. I think the psychological effect of knowing you're going to die is worse than burning, which would be my second choice. This ain't Kill Bill after all.

I haven't seen it, but I'm kind of claustrophobic, so I'd say buried alive >_<

Second worst would be old world methods.

That was a very tough decision, but I went with animal attack. Surprised burned alive wasn't there, cause I probably would have choose that.

Woops, it is there. Oh well, all are nail biting ways to think about.

Default What a disturbing Poll

All those deaths would suck but I think the most horrific would have to be animal attack. Imagine being mauled by a lion and then being slowly eaten to death. Feeling each muscle fiber tearing between the lion's massive teeth to weak to do anything except lie there an be food. After a while you'd go into shock but it would be an insane amount of pain that trumps all others on this list.

Well fingers crossed I don't meet any lions in my life.
