Default New house, New setup and New Pics

So I moved into a town house from an apartment. Wow, i really missed living in a house. So now that i had all this room my setup got a new face. Im really happy with the way everything turned out. The wall unit is still a little bare, im slowly getting stuff in there, and im not really happy with the PS3 and Xbox location so i may work on that but its fine there for now. I've got i 200mm fan behind the ps3 to help circulate the air out of that shelf area. Here are some of the initial pics. The lighting could be better, but ill work on better pics later.

and for comparison, this was my apartment:

and then before the apt was the bedroom, just to finish the transition:

It looks great , for the space between the 360 and PS3 , you can ad a shelve there .

yeah, ideally thats what would be best to do, but i'd have to drill the tap holes and find a shelf to match. In the meantime, what i thought about doing was building a simple elivator. 4 posts and a flat piece of wood to fit the lower shelf. It would accomplish pretty much the same thing it just wont be as clean looking untill the real fix.

I would look to find some matching wood and do the drilling , the way it is now will do and as you say its temporary

Nice and clean setup. Ever thought about lowering your center speaker and place it right above your TV?

Very nice! But I wouldn't really recommend having your XBOX 360 and PS3 standing vertically. Heard to many bad things.

the shelf above the tv doesnt adjust so i cant move the placement, but what ive done is just angle it down to fire more towards the couch.

i know, the 360s runs really cool so im not too worried about it, but the PS3 gets a little blistering i there with limited air and being vertical. Once i fit another shelf on that side ill put them back to horizontal on an individual shelf.

I like media cabinet/shelving in the new place. Where did you get it from?

I really like the new setup! Just a suggestion; place something behind your center speaker so the front is angled down toward your seating position.

yeah i tired to do that with what i have for the time being. The Csi5 polk center has a little bar adjustment on the back, but its not strong enough to hold the weight of the center; so its only angled slightly right now. I was going to pickup a rubber door stop, or something to that extent to put under there to get a better angle.
