United Kingdom Tetro (Francis Ford Coppola & Vincent Gallo)

Or is is just Francis Coppola?

This caught my eye after enjoying the Blu-ray of Apocalypse Now and I was surprised there's no thread on it here. I love most of what Gallo has done but very little of Coppola but the trailer looks very interesting

Soda Pictures http://www.sodapictures.com/dvd/182/ An official site but it looks like they've not paid their bills http://www.tetro.co.uk/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi

Only £7.79 at Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B003SDILQG/ and HMV http://hmv.com/hmvweb/displayProduct...;-1&sku=581945

I'll try and catch this especially since it has such mixed opinion!

The US disc is obviously the way to go in terms of extras.

Buump.

I'm not sure if I'l like Tetro but I'm quite interested in seeing it because I like Coppola and his creative process. Sadly it seems the US disc has the better choice of extras (specifically to do with Coppola - the rehearsal stuff and the commentary). Anyone know if the US disc is OOP? It's pretty expensive.

I don't believe it's OOP, but the cheapest way to get it would be either the Canadian release or in the Coppola Collection. They both have the same extras.

Hope you like it, it's one of my favorite Coppola films.
