Default OPPO blu ray player

I am from Singapore and was thinking of importing OPPO blu ray player from the State. Does anybody know whether is the player compatible to my region in term of various format, like NTSC or PAL. and the wiring.

If you have the money, you can always go for a region-free oppo 83se.I got one,and there is only one problem with it:It won't for some reason play FOX AVC encoded BD's.Other than that it is super.Fantastic sound, fast startup and excellent picture quality.

Maybe not much help, but what do you want for free

Your best bet would be to contact Oppo
http://www.oppodigital.com/

They are great to work with and will answer any and all questions.
