This is the best film of 2011, and the Blu-ray release looks excellent. But

[Show spoiler]several of those screencaps in the review, especially the ones depicting Vicente being show the dilators, are potentially serious spoiler material to someone who's knowledgeable about some of the film's subject matter.

Might be a good idea to remove them, considering how important knowing nothing about this film is on a first viewing.

That is exactly what I thought when I first looked at the review!

[Show spoiler]I saw the first image in the review and said "Hey! That's a spoiler!"..especially when this is a film that you definitely want to know very little about going into..

I saw it last evening. It was reasonably interesting but I thought it was drawn out too long and had too much of tedious exposition. Would have been much better if they had tightened the script to make a 90min feature.

I just watched my UK copy of this last night.

It is fantastic. It is definitely among my favorite films of 2011.

Watched this tonight for the first time. Really great film and as others have said, the less you know going into it, the better.
