Jb Hi Fi online orders

Just ordered something from jb hi fi online for the first time. Anyone know how long the order usually takes to come?? Cheers

I've used them a few times and it has never taken longer than 3-4 days.

I dunno, I've had things that are said to be in stock that have taken up to two weeks.

^i have had the same delay. but i dont regularly order from jb, i just pop into the shops

Best advice: Take note of what it says on the product page.

In stock means it's in stock with JB and would ship usually within 48 business hours. "Order Now" means it's not in stock at JB but in stock with their supplier so it will ship once they get it from them. From my experience that's anywhere from about 3 days to 2 weeks. Not a huge wait but you'll find that in a big sale period like now a lot will say "Order Now".

Once shipped my orders have taken anywhere from 2-5 business days.

thats still better than amazon uk where you have to wait around 3-4 weeks.

From Australia JB to me in NZ it seems to average out about a week, so I;m sure it;ll be quicker in Australia.

I have made many orders from Amazon Uk and the longest it has taken for an order to reach me in New Zealand is 2 weeks. Most orders arrived within 7 - 10 days.

You must live in a very remote location if it is taking 3-4 weeks for your amazon uK orders to arrive!

But it depends which type of shipping you choose right? I placed an order on Saturday using the free delivery, and it's not estimated to ship until 12-15th July, and that is about normal with all of my previous orders using the free shipping.

Unless you're talking about the time between shipping and it arriving... but yeah, for me using free shipping from when I place the order to it arriving, it is usually at least 3-4 weeks.

Vast majority of my orders ship straight away. If it is a pre order item though then there is a delay in it being shipped, which is perfectly reasonable. Occasionally though there may be an item that is not available to ship for a week or two after the order is made.

Usually 2 days if its in stock. But some much longer, been waiting 4 months for star wars as release was delayed in AU.

It said it was in stock when I ordered it and after searching on the website, it now says its out of stock .. pffffffffffff

Really? I ordered The Alien Anthology (amaray packaging ftw!) on a Thursday morning and received it on the next Thursday 1 week later. Very Impressive compared to the 2 weeks the U.S. Amazon takes.
