My Germany is that good but it looks like Four Lions will be released in Germany with 4 different covers?

No, it will be avaible in one of the four cover arts. The user at facebook have the possibility to vote for one of these artworks. The winning artwork will be used for the Mediabook release.

As I see it at facebook (I am not registered there, so I am not sure) the votes are still on and at the moment Cover Verison A seems to be the favourite.
