Could be happening 2012 or 2013 for all we know. Another of Spielbergs films I'd gladly buy again on Blu-ray disc.
Maybe there's an HDTV download out there. I know I'd make an AVCHD or Blu-ray from it until it gets released from Universal.

I liked this one as a kid, but it's one of those films that simply doesn't age well IMHO.

I completely disagree. Great flick. Watched it again a couple months ago and was still just as good.

I also own it and I should give it another spin. I've really enjoyed all Spielberg films I've seen, excluding Munich and War of the Worlds. There might be one other one but those two or three are the only Spielberg films I've still yet to see.
In fact I'm planning on owning Spielbergs entire Director filmography on Blu. But needing to catch up with the three titles I don't own as of yet. Doesn't matter which order they're released I think, more importantly is which order I buy them in.

I disagree with this also. Watched it about 6 months ago and still loved it. First day buy on Blu for me.

They should release it with the original "A Guy Named Joe" with Spencer Tracy. I like both!

Will most likely never happen. A Guy Named Joe is owned by MGM, while Always is owned by Universal. Unless the two studios work out some sort of deal to release both together, I wouldn't hold your breath.
