United Kingdom Battlestar Galactica Advice

Hi all I'm looking at buying all of Battlestar Galactica on Blu-ray and I'm wondering if I should go the the complete series or individual releases

Here is the costing

from Amazon
Complete series 99 pounds + freight

Battlestar Galactica: Season One £12.93
Battlestar Galactica: Season Two £15.99
Battlestar Galactica: Season 3 £17.08
Battlestar Galactica: Season 4 £12.93
Battlestar Galactica: Final Season £11.93

Are there any differences I should be aware of to influence my decision?

James

I sold my complete box not too long ago but I had the thin can, i found it to be very not-user friendly. I plan to buy the seperate releases also on a later date. I think there will be no difference between the complete set and the seperate releases. They will probably even be the same discs.

The complete series comes in a nice box and has the episode guide booklet. However it also takes up more space since there are two Blu-ray cases for each season (a total of 8). For that reason, if I were to buy it now, I would definitely get the separate releases, even if they were the same price.

They are undoubtedly the exact same discs.

what about Battlestar Galactica: Razor? The complete series has it but there does not seem to be an individual release for it?

It's included in Season 4.

I bought that on DVD with the season four DVD (on the same day) a while back thinking the separate release had more goodies and the extended cut I opened it before I realized the were the same discs apart from the label.

If they have slip covers I'd go for the separate releases but maybe the complete set might be packed better?

Nice video, the only thing I don't like about the release is that we lose out on the individual portraits that the DVD slim cases had (and the later re-issues with normal size cases), they were quite nifty.

Ordered the first 2 seasons seperate today. Only 14,95 euro with Zavvi now. Those are my favorite seasons of BSG, had to have them for that price.

I have the US complete collection set and it looks very nice. I wanted to get the UK one initially but it does not have The Plan included.

But The Plan sucks! Really don't need to have it.

I ordered the seperate seasons, first and second seasons, but unfortunately 1 season is two standard BD cases in one slip!

Ordered this french re-release, looks like the older one. Anyone know how the discs lie inside?
