Default Is the any Bluray player that does it all - all video and audio formats?

Or it that just a pipe dream. From what I've read so far, audio outputs come in many shapes and sizes.

And these Bluray players are not plug 'n play. In fact, sounds like ya gotta buy new A/V equipment.

These problems did not occur with VCR/and DVD devices...............

And, what A/V do you recommend for me. I have big Martin Logon Speakers that take lots of current to drive. The subwoofer has its own 2,000W amp.

Also, Seems some company can make a mint by manufacturing a inter device to link bluray, A/V, (receivers/processors/amps) TV together - a unit with all the codecs, samplers, firmware upgrades, etc.

Email communication is fine.

The panasonic BD50 will do it. And I say 'will' because it is not out yet. It is expected this spring.

Besides the DTS-HD MA (which is suppose to come out sometime) and 2.0 (also due out soon) does the PS3 lack anything else?

Analog 7.1 outputs would be the only thing I can think of,and I don't consider the PS3 to be lacking because it doesn't have that, as I wouldn't expect any game console to have that, but I would guess most people are just fine with HDMI.
