Digital Copy issue in Canada

Hey guys, I recently purchased Harry Potter & the Prisoner of Azkaban Ultimate Edition from Chapters. It's definitely the Canadian version, as it has bilingual packaging. Last night I went to redeem the code for the digital copy of the movie on iTunes and was told my code was only eligible for the USA store. I've contacted WB to see if I can get a working code, but has anyone else had this issue?

Have you tried redeeming it through the warner site? I picked this up too and I think I had the same issue. I think if you go through the site, it provides a canadian code for it and then you're good to go....at least, that's what I remember anyway.

I have yet to get one that worked. Still, I just throw those disks in the garbage because they expire anyway.

Actually they sometimes don't I used one that was expired a year ago not too long ago. but they arent that great.

Wait... somebody actually uses the Digital Copy option? Always hated that stuff. "Special Deluxe 2 disk set!"... with the second disk being the digital copy, which isn't on the disk, rather you have to download the damn thing... or so I assume, since I've never, ever used it. I wish they'd just stop that crap honestly. By the time I buy most DVDs/BDs I already have a "digital" copy anyway.

The digital copy for Hanna doesn't expire until August of 2026. I thought this was a typo at first, but it's listed that way in three spots throughout the packaging.
