No PS3 but a Panny-45 blu-ray player. The last time I had my own gaming system was the Nintendo GameCube. I've played friends' XBox 360s from time to time, though.

Waiting for the vote from a special member or higher on this forum who does not have a PS3 or Blu-ray player. I use my PS3 for everything and I don't want to clutter up the place. The other sets around the house have standalone players.

I picked two options. When I am at school I use my PS3 as my blu ray player, and when I'm at my parents I use a standalone player.

I'll probably pick up my first one sometime this year. I'm getting sick and tired of playing NHL 09 on my PS2 and want to upgrade.

I'm confused by the results so far.

11 people say "I own a PS3 and use it as my main player for Blu-ray movies" but only 7 people say they "own a PS3"

How can more people own and use a PS3 as their main player for Blu-ray movies than 'own a PS3'?

And more people say "I don't own a PS3 but I have a Blu-ray player" than say "I don't own a PS3". Surely those who don't own a PS3 but do have a Blu-ray player should be <= those who just don't own a PS3?

Have 2 PS3's. Use it as my main Blu-ray player and I game quite a bit too - one of my best purchases in the past decade to be honest. Online gaming can be a bit better, but can't complain. Planning on picking up one of those cheap region free players soon though.

I have a PS3 that is only for video games. I use a Panasonic DMP-BD35 to play all of my bloos. I have a separate Sony DVD player to upconvert my DVDs.

Dang, I voted the 1st option, but didn't see the 3rd one. I use my PS3 as a BDP as well.

I didn't scroll down and read the first post. I just voted "I own a PS3 and use it as my main player for Blu-ray movies".

No PlayStation, I have an region free Oppo BDP 80 that is my Blu-ray player. For gaming I have an Xbox 360.

My PS3 is my primary bluray player. I bought a dinky little Sony blu player when my first PS3 had an unfortunate meltdown. But I've never had a problem with my 2nd PS3.

i have a 120 gb ps3 slim and used to have a launch 60 gb as well.

Well, I voted "correctly" because I first read the posts but in general your poll is confusing. Why do you need a poll with so many overlapping options???

I used to own a PS3 before the Disc Drive broke on me. Now I have faith in my 360 and my LG BD560 that's been doing it's job since christmas.
