Yea, Equilibrium is a great one as is The Ninth Gate. Dark City as well. I wouldnt mind Maverick or The Big Lebowski either.

Im a big softy on old movies as well, such as Monster Squad, the 'burbs, and Big Trouble in Little China. Or crazy Asian flicks like The Returner and Musa the Warrior.

Naturally the Bruce Campbell collection and Dead Alive would be cool too. There isnt a lot of horror classics out yet. Hopefully that changes.

Firefly and Serenity would be must buys for me too.

Wow, you're good at making lists. I liked that movie, it would be a shame if they didn't continue on with the series, it would be so stupid if they just did that one. The series goes on much further.

I just saw one that was pretty great called "MAY". I think it would be good on Blu-ray. Really weird, but cool all the same, be nice if it got a bigger audience. Also, The Beyonce Experience: Live, Dirty Work, Dumb and Dumber, Good Burger, Happy Gilmore, THE HITCHER (New Version!!), Jumanji, The Island, Naked Gun (All of 'em!), Napoleon Dynamite, Tommy Boy, V for Vendetta, Dead Silence, Death Sentence, and Summer Rental.

Most of them are older, and underrated, but hopefully someday they'll be in the Blu-ray bargain bin at Wal*mart.

With more time, I could think of more, but that's all I've got at the moment. I'd just like definitive editions of some of my favorites (If any of those have somehow made it to Blu-ray by now, awesome, tell me!!)

But nothing that puts me in the desired demographic, even though I'm a male in his early 20's.

The one movie in my collection that I think would be just PERFECT on Blu-Ray is AMADEUS. Next to BACK TO THE FUTURE 3 and CLERKS, it's my all time favorite movie. And it really does deserve the Blu-Ray treatment. It's a beautiful looking film that's shot on location in Prague to make it look like 18th century Vienna, with plenty of scenes lit by candlelight. But more importantly, the sound of the film is bar none. I would forgo every action flick on Blu-Ray if I could hear the opening notes of Don Giovanni in lossless audio.

The good thing is that there are plans from Warner's to actually release it on Blu-Ray. It's just one of those "we'll get to that later" titles.

Also, I'd like all of the Martin Scorsese movies I have on Blu-Ray. I already have THE AVIATOR, GOODFELLAS and THE LAST WALTZ. Now, I'd like RAGING BULL, GANGS OF NEW YORK and THE LAST TEMPTATION OF CHRIST. tHAt last one I'm sure will be one of the last ones to go Blu, because it's not only a Universal film from the Criterion collection, but it's one of the most controversial films ever made. What Mel faced with PASSION OF THE CHRIST is nothing compared to what Marty faced with TEMPTATION.

Oh, and second BRAZIL, but only if it's a Blu-Ray edition of the extensive Criterion Edition of the film. Otherwise, forget it.
Raging Bull and Gangs of New York would be sweet !!!! I would buy those also

I didn't think of doing that That would've made things easier. I just meant, there's a lot from your list I would definitely like to see on Blu. We have similar taste in movies.

Miracle. I've seen rumors that it was coming out this year, but I can't find them anymore. I thought it was coming out about the same time as The Rookie. I don't even care for hockey, but I loved this movie. The way the film looks and the primary colors that dominate the movie seem like they'd be incredible in hidef.

Wow, never heard of it, but you can't go wrong with Dave Foley. I will check that out on DVD! How much of Jennifer Tilly do you see this time? Seems like she's always wearing toddler clothing in her movies

Just thought of a few more:

Weekend at Bernies (#1 only) and Summer School. Classic 80's films.
