Default New Products Coming Soon Thread

This might be a good spot to highlight 'soon to be released' Audio and Video Products. Here we can present features and benefits of the new product, what it adds too or enhances over previous released products. Hopefully, this would not be a thread for speculation, heresay or gossop, or your wish list, but one of specifications and features that further enhance the high definition experience.

Yes, there are Blu-ray Players that will be coming out that decodes 'every' audio codec in the Player, for those that do not have the decoding features in their Receiver or Pre-Amp. as well as more manufacturers of Receivers and Pre-Amps offering full audio codec decoding in their products. The indentification of these products, here, will benefit the consumer in making an 'informed' purchasing decision. It need not be solely limited to TV's, Projectors, Receivers and DVD Players, but can also extend into the world of Audio products, such as Blu-ray CD Players, Laser Turntables, etc.

So, what say you all ?

Default Only so much to say about unreleased gear

While there may be much to comment on regarding "recently released products", there is really not much to say about the "soon to be released" other than manufacturer's specs and the droolworthiness of it.

I spent about two hours last night yanking my old preamp, finding shelf space for my new Integra DTC-9.8 and plugging in the cables. I won't have a chance to actually try the unit until Wednesday or Thursday when my Pioneer PDP-5010FD plasma arrives--another recently released product that has sent me rocketing to the poorhouse. I sold my old plasma to a buddy, we yanked it off my wall a week ago, and then shipment on the 5010 was delayed.

See? I've already talked too much about recently released gear and not a word about soon to be released gear.

If we do that though, first we need to open a new thread for the opened thread for the new threads that might be coming soon.

Before we do that we need to accredit a board of trustees that will accredit a board on starting a new thread for the opened thread for the new threads that might be coming soon. But then again we would have to accredit the accreditors of the acreditee's
