This is awesome news. I hope the artwork on it looks great. I'll decide what i want to do after I see it. The recent pics of the steelbook of Universal's Scarface look flat out amazing. If JP looks that good count me in.

MSRP on it is currently $78.99, my guess is it will be $69.99 at release

I hope that's not it what the steelbook is going to look like or I'll get the regular release. It's gotta be epic!

Call me simplistic but there are two designs that I would love:

1) The entire case will be a metallic black w/ black plastic inserts, with the Jurassic Park Logo on the front with the text "Jurassic Park". No mention of a Trilogy or Jurassic Park collection.

2) The front cover being the doors/gate to Jurassic Park, half-opened with the text "Welcome to Jurassic Park"

God I hope not! That looks butt ugly! Theres no reason why they cannot fit a trilogy into a standard G2 case. Look at the resident evil and Underworld trilogies for an example. These jumbo cases are worst than metal packs and G1 sized cases in my opinion.

The digital copies. None of those two had them. The only way it would be non jumbo is if they give the digital copies separate. Otherwise, a 6 disc set would be a jumbo.

Screw the digital copies, they're useless. 3 discs, one for each film + bonus features. A 4th discs for extra special features. In a way, I hope this trilogy is in this jumbo packaging. It would make my decision to pass so much easier, thus saving me a ton of money.

I agree. But the set does include them and they will be included in this release. Anything above 3 discs is already a jumbo so even with a fourth disc, it is already a jumbo. It needs to be 3 movies and nothing else.

Or 3 Individual Cases packaged together similar to how the German Lord of the Rings was set up.

Each case will be a 2-Disc Set (Blu-Ray & Digital Copy), except for one of the cases, which would be a 3-Disc Set (Blu-Ray, & Digital Copy & Bonus)

That isn't a bad idea but I am pretty sure FS is aiming for cost effectiveness. It would be cheaper to commission one jumbo than 3 SB. Otherwise our LOTR release would have been the same way. Let's see how product ends up but for now, I am inclined to believe it will be a jumbo.
