Default HELP Replacement Specialty Packaging

Hi, yesterday night, a bear had made its way into my house while I was away. While cleaning up the mess in the kitchen only took a few hours, I found out that he had eaten through a few of my most precious Blu-rays.

Most of these are in Elite cases, so easily replaceable. However
My Lord of the Rings: Extended Edition BoxSet was ruined!

Does anyone know of a way to buy replacement packaging for LOTR? I don't want custom covers, I just want the official packaging. If I can get it straight from WB, is there a number or website(preferably)?
Maybe, if any of you create custom covers and don't use the original packaging, I could possibly buy/trade for it?

Thanks, guys.

EDIT: Not related to this incident, but a few months ago my copies of By Brakhage and Alien Anthology were in the rain. I just need the outer box for Alien Anthology, but By Brakhage was basically in shreds.

Pics or it didn't happen!!

Anyways the best thing to do is go to the website for each company that produced the cases that were damaged and find their contact info and get a hold of someone there and see what they can do.

Why was your Alien set even sitting outside?

You're having bad luck, with your blu-rays aren't you? The bear severely damage the cases, but didn't harm the discs? You were very fortunate, that you wasn't home at the time...Try this website! They have all types of Blu-ray replacement cases available.

And as for The Alien Anthology, it's going to be very difficult to find an empty box from someone, or somewhere without the blu-rays included, so you may have to put all the discs inside another replacement case as well, whenever you purchase them.

It wasn't outside, there was a leak in my living room during the rainy season.

Thanks for the link. Yeah, I should really find some sort of safe to keep my Blu-rays sealed inside. I am really glad the bear wasn't there when I got home and that he only left a bunch of footprints that we mopped up easily.

I think I can probably sell the individual films, because the discs and cases are fine. Then maybe I can use the money to buy new official copies if the manufacturer/studios can't help.

Homeowners insurance should cover this shouldn't it?

I didn't want to start a separate thread for this and I don't want to be disrespectful to the OP, but this seems like a good thread to ask a quick question.

I purchased the Dodgeball:Unrated movies several months ago. I bought it with a bunch of other blus that were on sale and I literally unwrapped them and put them straight on my shelves. I didn't even look that closely at them, but today when everybody left, I felt like watching a comedy and when I finally took Dodgeball off my shelf, I realized that the packaging in in the sleeve that goes around the blu ray case is the one for the NORMAL version and not the unrated one. I kind of panicked and quickly opened the case and found, indeed the movie/blu was the unrated one.

So, somehow only the cover is wrong. If the disc had been wrong too, I would have made a huge fuss and gotten the store to replace it, but I don't want to make an issue about it just for the cover, especially since I waited several months to even pay attention.

Would the studio have replacement covers? Would they send me one or sell me one? I can't make custom covers and I really just want the one that should have come with it. Any advice on what to do or how lucky I might be in actually getting something like this handled without buying the movie again?

Thanks and apologies to the OP, but since we both have "similar" issues, I thought it would be a good place to ask the question without starting another thread.

The best way to find a replacement for such non-standard packaging is to go the Trade Forum. Good luck.
