Are they ever going to release this to blu to USA? There's is a version only for Canada, I never seen the sequels to the first one since i heard those was pretty bad.

First day for me if ever come out.

I love the Butterfly Effect! Day one for me as well. Not sure what the hold up is for the USA though....

I just watched this last night and really enjoyed. Very well done. The first half especially so. I watched the Director's cut

then youtubed the rest of the endings. Another movie that shows I rarely agree with RT. I'm not bigi Ashton Kutcher fan but this clearly shows he can act. Reading the "Critics" at RT is laughable.

Several copies of the Canadian Blu-ray has been sitting on shelves for about six months at Meijer across the street from my house.

I'm a proud owner of the UK trilogy set. I watched it sometime last year, and forgot how great the first movie was.

I believe it is 1080i, but it looks pretty sharp. It doesn't have extras, and some 50hz content on the disc prevents playback on most region-A players, so a US release is more desirable.

I own all 3. The first on Blu-ray (canadian) and #2-3 on DVD.
