Well don't be sure on that. Discshop (FI and SE) usually have the same Steelbook as the one that get released in UK, and i have never seen the Doulbe Play thing on the Swe/UK steels, so my guess is that it will be printed on the papper that is around the steelbook.

Otherwise discshop.fi would have addad the word "Import" to it on there site

I've never preordered from HMV before. If one is planning to get multiple orders is it better to preorder all at once or get them shipped one at a time (due to different release dates)

For example I want Thor and Cars, but they are about 2 months apart. Can you even wait to ship them together or is it better to just get them one at a time? Thanks!

If you pre-order different things in one order/go, they will dispatch each item seperately as they become available (i.e. - just before they're release date).
