Default What's your next blind buy?

I almost never blind buy, but I'm thinking about X-Men: First Class. I have the first three on blu, and even like The Last Stand, which everyone else seems to hate, LOL.

Just picked up The Extraordinary Adventures of Adele Blanc-Sec by Luc Besson today.
I wanted to see this movie in the theatres last year but sadly, it never came around. Not even in Quebec.

Heard this is a fun movie.

I'm kind of contemplating blind buying The Smurfs. It use to be a cartoon I watched everyday as a kid, but I barely remember it and I doubt that it will bring any nostalgia when seeing it. But I'm open to the idea of blind buying it.

It depends.
If you are looking to rekindle your childhood memories seeing this movie, then I suggest you pass. I was a big fan as a kid and seeing this movie was a blasphemy to the cartoons and books I read years ago.

But, if you have kids, they will probably like it.
Mine did.

Bridesmaids is fantastic.

Pretty much every Criterion that I buy is completely blind. So one of them, I am sure.

I blind buy all the time. I actually PREFER blind buys. Otherwise what's the point? If I'm just coming off renting a movie or watching it on netflix I wouldn't have much motivation to go out and buy it (and certainly not to WATCH it again). I would say the vast majority of blu-rays i've been buying have been total blind buys, and even those that aren't blind buys I probably would let at least a few years go by from my last viewing before considering the blu-ray. Very few blu-rays had I seen previously within the past few years or less.

My next one will probably be Apocalypse Now. I've been meaning to watch it for awhile, and wouldn't want to spoil it at this point by streaming it on netflix.

I love to blind buy. I want my first experience with a film to be in HD. I however only blind buy blus that have gotten good reviews.

My recent blind buys were Minority Report and The Host.
My next blind buys will be:

Xmen first class
Thor
A.I. Artificial Intelligence
