I'll be very disappointed if the forthcoming Blu-ray release of Città Violenta is not English friendly.

The audio will be both Italian and English, as the DVD, the RHV confirmed.

Just found out this was coming out, Wonder if it will have English subs like the Anchor Bay DVD for the non-English language parts?

Yes, I am wondering this too, it would be nice if they included English subs for the Italian audio on the Blu-ray. I hope either way it will work out because I've never seen the film but I did just order the BD...

A postal service is a bit slow here, so there is a report of demented_uk, a respected member of Lovelockandload forum:

The film was originally shot in Techniscope, hence a certain soft quality. However, the HD presentation is pretty strong.

English subtitles are only present in the scenes never dubbed into English.

Think it's just the Italian cut at 25fps.
