Default Dream Theater Live at Budokan Maybe BR?

Has anyone heard if they will release this. It is on Atlantic recordings(owned by Warner Music) I would love to see this on the Big Blu.

oh man, can you imagine the audio on that. Myung and Petrucci tearin' it up with Portnoy poundin' on the skins. I'm about to soil myself thinking about it.

That would be absolutely amazing! But I have heard nothing of it... probably will be a ways out I am sure.

Score would be cool as well.

Score was a masterpiece. The best concert I've ever seen and LaBrie's voice at it's best since I&W.

There are other people out there that know about Dream Theater? I was wondering about this too as they are my all time favorite band. I'm imagining a Blu concert with lossless audio.....OMG!!! That would be frickin amazing.

You're not alone man. I've seen them live 22 times (and LTE and G3 with Petrucci and Portnoy). Been my fave for a very long time. Having them on Blu would be amazing for sure.

Wow! 22 times... I've seen them a grand total of 3 times, but definitely my favorite band. I just saw them about 3 months back in Buffalo on their Systematic Chaos tour, very impressive.

I've not had the chance to listen to or pick up the new Liquid Tension Trio album... does it live up to the original ones?

I haven't gotten it yet myself. Been spending my money on movies instead lately haha I'm fortunate that living in CT they play here every year and NY, Long Island, NJ, Boston, etc... very often so I can see a few shows per year. I tend to see the bands that I really like as much as possible when they are nearby and it's affordable because I know that as ticket prices climb, I won't be able to go as much.

I actually held back back on buying the DVD for a potential blu-ray release. To shorten the wait (if you haven't already) get yourself the special edition of Systematic Chaos. It includes a DVD with the whole album in 5.1. It's only DD but it sounds pretty good as it is.

I would live to see Live at the Marquee with Kevin Moore on Blu-ray. That was my favourite of the live releases.

Actually, there is a HD version of Score. At Best Buy (Canada), I saw them playing a HD feed of DT. It looked stunning! Hopefully, Warner music will put Score on Blu-ray. That's really the one I want. Budokan will be great as well. But to me Score is DT at their peak.
