Yes, but it only has lossy sound. I would rather wait for to next year to get Synapse's version which will have lossless audio.

This is coming out in Austria/Germany in a few weeks from NSM records in a nice mediabook edition. According to the back cover, it should be Region ABC, 1080p and have an English: DTS-HD MA 2.0 audio track:
