Any one know if the german edition is region free?

I really want to own this one on blu-ray

OFDb and the back of the case claim region B locked.

I see, any way it have to be tested on a american blu-ray player to make sure
I have REC 2 spanish edition which it says region B on the back of the case, but this one is playable on any american blu-ray player even is playable on american PS3 too

AnyDVD tells me it is Region B locked.
It has neither german subtitles, nor english subtitles!
