Haha, the inclusion of "Patton" - one of the admittedly worst blu-rays to ever come out - pretty much renders the entire list worthless.

Yeah, I'm a little surprised by a few, but overall, a pretty good list.

I wound up with 8 out of the 40. 20% ain't bad!

Really? I've never seen it, but blu-ray.com gave it 5/5. Called it a must-own!

It's funny that they mentioned Iron Man's audio as a selling point. I revisited that BD the other day and the audio was rather timid (far moreso than I recalled).

Trust me when I say that it isn't a must-own. Though I would buy it for the film itself, I would certainly not praise the video transfer, as it's loaded with digital noise reduction.

Own 30 of them with 6 on my "to buy" list

Must disagree with Tron Legacy. Who cares how good the video and music is if the movie is cliche' tripe? Maybe for a 3D demo disc if you have the setup.

I also will never buy Avatar. Between the lack of originality and the anti-militarism, one viewing was more than enough for me.

Yep, that was before reviewers knew anything about DNR. They should amend the review because it sort of discredits the website to praise the opposite of what blu-ray should actually accomplish.

I'm anti-DNR (and have read all the horror stories surrounding that release) but the screenshots in that review look good.

If you want DNR dreck, look no further than Predator.

No, trust us, it's much worse in motion. I would say it's almost as bad as the Predator UHE. Luckily, Fox is working on remastering it again, so expect a much better version soon.
