actually just finished Blade Runner final cut just now.

Not really my kind of movie. I love harrison ford, but it didnt do it for me. The PQ was great and audio was nice...but story line was, weird to say the least.

anyways, welcome!

Let the addiction begin.

Crack hed. It's sci-fi. The future IS supposed to be weird. Please put the pipe down for a couple of hours and who knows... you may enjoy it!

ok, maybe weird wasnt the correct word for it...more like, slow.

Or maybe thats just the crack wearing off?

it was slow... it was made long ago when patience was a good thing... in the words of brooks in shawshank redemption: it's like the world got up and got itself in a big hurry... movies these days are fast and concise. Blade Runner was done when the tempo of our existence was slower. I saw it long ago and it was fine. It's still fine for me... but it is slow.

For some reason I kept expecting Ford to pull out a 'lightsaber'

The Slowskie turtles on TV liked it. So this movie is only good for inmates? You havn't seen slow until youv'e seen "Remains of the day".

A few years back when one of the released versions removed the narration, I thought it was a mistake to do so, but after watching the original cut with narration... well, it was really cheesy.

The final cut really is a masterpeice.
