Default Bruce Almighty

For any of you fans out there of this Jim Carrey comedy. I recommend it as an import disc. PCM 5.1 audio, while not a movie packed full of loud explosions still sounds very nice indeed. 3.5/5AQ

Picture while not of POC quality it is still most certainly a very nice and welcome addition to the collection, crisp skin tones, deep blacks and solid whites. Outdoor scenes look nice an crisp. 4/5

Just my two cents.

I ordered it online at JB Hi-fi in Australia, delivery was 4 days.

Yup that's where I got mine from too.
Great disc, well worth picking up for the massive improvement in audio.
English 5.1 PCM
Spanish dts-HD Master Audio 5.1

I also got The Island, which is probably worth waiting until a North American release of when P/DW release Blu again, and Face/Off which IS also worth importing and also has a 5.1 PCM track.

Distributed by Disney, IMO, it's kinda funny to see Universal logo at the beginning of the film on a Blu-ray..... maybe we can spin this and say Universal has released on Blu. lol.

I own the UK version

FYI,

Sendit.com is out of Bruce Almighty, so I ordered it from Amazon.co.uk. It was also a little cheaper from Amazon.co.uk.

I tried Amazon.co.uk first and it was one pound cheaper I think, but their shipping was 14 Euros and Send It is less than 2 Euros per title, which sealed the deal for me.

Shipping to the US was about £3 . Total cost inc shipping was £18.38, which should be a little under $40 USD.

Importing is expensive. I took advantage of a three for 40 pounds sale they had before to holidays on sendit.
