There's apparently no UK Blu-ray of Napoleon Dynamite, sadly, but the US BD is region free so it works with Region B.

Still, is Amazon.com marketplace, importcds offering the best price (brand new sealed)?

Suppose there is a thin line there..

if it's about the best place to import it via the UK..

but really the answer is just to look at all the common "Region-A" Blu-ray shops like 'axel music' and just see who has the best price...

With ImportCDs it comes to roughly £7.81 inc. postage. It's only slightly more expensive at Movietyme (£7.99).
