50% Off Blu-ray's at Best Buy In-store only! - Blu-ray Forum

For those of you with a Best Buy within reasonable range they're going to have a 50% Off SALE on BD's and DVD's! In-store only though (on-line as well now).

The big deals are on the top end of the market (the Avatar CS is £3.50 though) with The Star Wars Saga half price at £35 and Jurassic Park Trilogy half it's 34.99 or better (if it's like Star Wars). The Back to the Future Trilogy should be under a tenner as well.

I'm not sure when it starts but there is a reserve and collect option on their site. If you have any luck or any more information please post.

Update: Jurassic Park is now 17.49 but BTTF is 17.49 (they've adjusted it so it isn't a tenner lol).

A clearance sale? It must be in response to the news of the closure of ALL UK Best Buy stores. Shame the closest one to me is in Hayes, 16 miles away.

Have they ran out of the Avatar's because I can't find them on the site now at all

Thanks for posting this though, am really tempted on picking up the Star Wars Saga and Jurassic Park Trilogy at those prices.

Ugh, tried to order JP earlier this morning, typed in details wrong and had to rush to work, tried again on my break and it's sold out! I'm tempted to drive to one but they will probably be sold out...

There have been a couple of reports of The Lion King going for 4.99 in some stores but they went fast.

KingSimba I couldn't find Avatar either, I think it's in-store they have or rather had a much bigger selection in their stores.
