Aliance Canada releases for Shaun Of The Dead and Piranha 3d question...

I just got these two off of Amazon Marketplace and they ended up being the Canadian releases...Are they the same as the US releases AV quality and extras wise?

I actually like the cover of the Canadian release of Piranha better than the US.

Edit: I got them from iNetVideo and they were fulfilled by Amazon, so I assume they're legit.

Shaun of the Dead is the same disc from Universal. They didn't do anything to it.

I just looked at the back cover for Piranha and it doesn't say anything about deleted scenes! Dammit! Can anyone confirm if they are included?

I don't want to open it to find out, because I may have to return it.

My copy does say deleted scenes. To the right of Special Features. It says "Also includes Bonus 2D Version".

I think both the Canadian & US 3D Piranha releases were missing extras though.

I just had this happen to me as well, uuuuugh. Amazon.com had brought the 2D version of the Piranha remake down to $10.99, but I saw an Amazon-fulfilled seller had it slightly cheaper so I went for that. No mention in the description of it being the Canadian release—and I had no reason to assume, since sellers usually sell the same product it's listed under. So I get that in the mail and it bums me out 'cos it's missing the deleted scenes. Same seller apparently; the listing said 3576728 Canada inc. (didn't even check the name before ordering, ha! Tells me all I need to know...), but Amazon tells me it was iNetVideo. Those sneaky bastards.

Anyway, Amazon refunded me, so I'm sending it back, and I ordered the US disc directly from Amazon.

Awesome cover, though. Wish I could crack this sucker open and keep the artwork. Guess I'll scan it through the wrapping instead.

Is the 2D Piranha actually missing deleted scenes though, someone has popped the disc in to make sure? I owned the disc before, & could swear they were on the 2D disc for sure...

Inet is notorious for deceiving buyers on amazon.com btw

Yep, all the extras are included. For whatever reason the back of the case says nothing about the deleted scenes, but they're on the disc.
