Welcome to The Galleries qx. Your room looks fantastic , very nice job. I really appreciate a DYI screen and yours is great. My dual screen set up is a 2.35 DYI laminate screen for movies and a 106' pull down for TV. Which by the way pales in comparison to your effort. Now that you are here you can join us in our sickness, I mean hobby, that we all share .

No. Just sometimes on stuff like WoW it will show its weakness if I push it. Wish there was a way to keep it from doing that on the real low stuff.

it might be that the sub is being overdriven due to the size of the room you have, or the shape of the room. Id suggest that you put a second one in your room to help even out the FR, and take some of the strain off the "little guy", its only a 200/600 watt amp. That or put some Polyfill in it, that helped mine sound tighter, as it slowed down the airflow. I used a whole bag that I got off of Amazon for like $10, and some 3M #77 adhesive spray.

BTW, WoW and Battle LA never gave me any issues with bass.

Thanks everyone. Finally calibrated with a spl meter. Watched imax hubble, pretty amazing. Just proof that you don't have to spend tons of money to get great sound and video.
