if it does have polish audio and/or subtitles.
But i'm not interested what the box/cover said, i need to know what's on the disks.

No, there isn't polish audio or subtitles.
There are these subtitles: English, Italian, Greek, Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian, Swedish. And this audio: English, Italian.
