Phantasm on Blu ?

Would anyone here have any idea or news of a release for this? I could see Arrow doing a decent Phantasm release.

I think it's Anchor Bay who did the DVD, they made a lovely shiny-ball-thing for the set. I'd imagine that would have been right up/down your street....

It would make a nice tree ornament for Christmas as well.

Sounds great or maybe put a lot of things in a brief case a la Inception ???

This would be a great film for Bluray, both 1 & 2 would be a nice complete double feature...((on separate discs mind you)...3 was O.K, but I would stop there if you cherish the series.....just like all sequels, the further alone they go, the worse it gets..

I was just thinking about this one today. Can't believe a classic like Phantasm still isn't released on Blu-Ray. It's long overdue. The Tall Man is one of my favorite horror villains.
