Total Recall (2010 edition) Yay or Nay

I was wondering if I should buy the dutch version of Total Recall.
I know it has the Models and Skeletons bonus feature, but what about the rest of the bonus features. Are they on the disc?
it's a 50GB disc.

And how's the picture quality.

It also says it runs 115 minutes, which must be an error.
