Haven't seen a thread for this yet, so I'm sorry if there is one already. I know a lot of people will be exchanging gifts today, and I am really excited to see everyone's Christmas hauls. Merry Christmas everyone!

I don't HAVE relatives who've heard of Blu-ray. (Much less B3D.)

I have to negotiate my own deals, but after saving up enough Amazon credit, I finally managed to get both Mr. Magoo's Carol and the Charlie Brown boxset (Blu only) for only $2.98 shipping costs.

Now, to go find out whether that supposed MGM Archive-MOD version of "Nutcracker: the Motion Picture", going for $16 on DeepDiscount--but not Amazon yet, for some reason--really is the creepy '86 Maurice Sendak version it claims to be.

Yes, I have three copies. I have two copies, one not opened, that are the version with the yellow slipcase, and now I also have the Walmart exclusive. I do not plan to watch the special features. That's three copies all together.

I asked for a good deal of blus, and as my family and I have a tradition (dating back to 20 years ago when I was 6

) of opening everything on Christmas Eve, I'm sure I'll be back here late tonight to post my haul!

A friend surprised me with 'Warrior' tonight.

Should have a few coming tomorrow, but I don't really get much anymore (nor do I ask for much). I just end up buying most of the Blus I want over the course of the year, plus I have so much money going towards University that we usually set small limits for each other (which I'm fine with).

Nevertheless, should have another 1 or 2 blus to add tomorrow.
