Region-Free Help! - Blu-ray Forum

Hi, well I have been making some research about which region-free BD player I can get but for some reason there is never a "solid" answer about which are or are not region-free. I have been eyeing the LG BD630 for a few days. Some sites list it as region-free but I don't really know. I got lost in the "Region-free on budget" thread

. Does anyone know of a region-free player I can get from Best Buy or if the model above IS actually region-free? I am in a family trip right now so a quick reply would be really appreciated

The LG BD630 can only be made region free with a hardware mod.

This player HERE is region free.
