Default Question on Matshita UJ-110 Blu-ray drive

Hi everybody I have what I hope is a simple question. I just got my new laptop in the mail today and it has the Matshita UJ-110 Blu-Ray drive which I believe is a 1x drive but I am having trouble finding documentation on it. My issue is that when configuring the laptop on line it listed a 2x Blu-Ray drive and before I call to complain I was wondering if someone knew for sure. If it is a 1x drive would it make any difference in movie playback? I tested two movies so far for a couple minutes and they seemed to play ok and loaded faster than my PS3. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Thank you thats good to finally know! I wish it was easier to find information on this. Thank god I don't need a firmware update for it as I would never be able to find it.
