Are there any multi-player bd players available better than my current Panasonic bd-35. Quicker loading times is a must, and around £500 is my budget.

Get a Panasonic DMP-BDT110 and install enhanced firmware to get multiregion for DVD/BD and UOP/PUO deactivation.

A budget of £500 gives you quite a few options, but really, a modded OPPO BDP-93 is all one needs in this price range.
